Founder & CEO

Jorge Lopez brings over 40 years of experience in technical production and creative event design. As the founder of J&M Events, he leads with calm expertise and a clear focus: to support event professionals with a seamless, stress-free planning experience. Under Jorge’s leadership, J&M has produced countless high-impact events — from business conferences and fundraising galas to immersive hybrid productions. He oversees every detail, from AV and lighting to video, staging, and decor, ensuring each element aligns with the client’s message, tone, and vision.
Jorge believes the best events are built through trust, collaboration, and thoughtful execution. Whether advising on strategy, solving real-time challenges, or mentoring his team, he shows up with humility, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to client success. In addition to leading J&M, Jorge coaches executives and leadership teams across industries, helping them strengthen communication, clarify goals, and lead with intention.
